- Kia South Africa invites unemployed youth aged between 18–29, residing in Polokwane, Nelspruit, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape, to apply for the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme.
- This initiative provides structured workplace exposure within the automotive industry, enabling young people to develop practical skills, build confidence and gain valuable professional experience.
Programme Overview
Successful candidates will gain the following during the 12 months structured programme:

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must be:
- Aged between 18 – 29 years old, currently unemployed
- A South African citizen with a valid ID
- Grade 12 / Matric (additional qualifications are advantageous)
- Clear criminal record
- Must not have participated in a YES Programme previously

Job Description:
- The successful candidates will be responsible to deliver sales in order to process sales of pre – owned vehicle transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Processes and governance:
- Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues
- Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement
- Report on transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes
- Provide advice and support to customer and their requirements in order to achieve & maintain set customer service excellence standards
- Contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns aimed at the increase of new vehicle sales
- Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow-up with customers to ensure exceptional customer service
- Adhere to legal compliance to the FICA regulation, POPI Act and Customer Protection Act
- Process all leads of prospective customer and follows up on possible sales
- Pursue and develop customer relationships for the acquisition of vehicle sales in line with set targets
- Manage the effective resolution of customer complaints, ensuring problems are addressed in a timely and accurate manner
Finance:
- Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to prevent financial losses
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric Certificate
- 3-5 years working experience in a similar environment
- A valid South African driver’s license
